Diya Electronics MES At A Glance

Zero Data Collection

Diya Electronics MES does not collect, track, transmit, or share personal information, user profiles, device identifiers, or analytics.

100% Offline Architecture

The application operates entirely offline. It does not require an active internet connection, cloud services, or external database logins.

Local On-Device Storage

Production lines, inventory, work orders, and QC audits remain strictly on the physical hardware of your factory device.

Zero 3rd-Party Tracking

Completely free from commercial advertising, tracking beacons, SDK monitors, behavioral profilers, and data brokers.

Information Collection

Diya Electronics MES does not collect, transmit, or share personal information or other user data.

The Application is designed to operate offline and does not require an internet connection, online account, or cloud service to function.

Any information entered into the Application, such as production records, inventory information, work orders, quality records, or other business data, is stored locally on the user's device.

Strict Local Storage Principle We do not have access to data stored locally within the Application. All manufacturing logs, batch numbers, and employee station entries remain strictly inside your device's isolated application sandbox.

Data Storage and Security

All data created or entered through the Application is stored locally on the user's device. The Application does not transmit this data to Diya Electronics Limited or external servers.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and protecting access to locally stored information.

Important Notice on Local Data Loss Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the Application, clearing its storage, resetting the device, or otherwise deleting Application data may permanently remove information stored by the Application.

Recommended Device Security Practices for Plant Operators:

  • Hardware Passcode & Biometric Locks: Secure production tablets or handheld scanners with strong PINs or biometric screen locks to prevent unauthorized physical access.
  • Routine Local Backups: Export or document required shift audits using organizational backup procedures prior to operating system upgrades or device replacements.
  • App Maintenance Caution: Do not use automated "storage cleaners" or device optimizer utilities that indiscriminately wipe application caches and offline databases.

Third-Party Services

The Application does not use third-party services to collect, sell, or share users' personal information.

The Application does not contain advertising or online tracking technologies.

Zero Embedded Trackers or SDKs Unlike consumer apps, Diya Electronics MES is strictly an industrial operational tool. It contains zero Google Analytics SDKs, zero Meta tracking pixels, zero Firebase remote analytics, and zero commercial advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for business and organizational use and is not specifically directed toward children.

Because the Application does not collect or transmit personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Privacy

Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no personal information held by Diya Electronics Limited through the Application that users need to request access to, correction of, or deletion of.

Users can delete locally stored Application data by using the applicable device settings or by uninstalling the Application. Please note that deleting local Application data may be permanent.

Clearing Data on Android Devices

  1. Open device Settings.
  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Locate and select Diya Electronics MES.
  4. Select Storage & Cache.
  5. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data).
  6. Confirm to permanently remove all locally cached records.

Uninstalling / Resetting on iOS

  1. Locate Diya Electronics MES on Home Screen.
  2. Press and hold the app icon.
  3. Select Remove App.
  4. Tap Delete App to purge all local documents and data.
  5. All on-device sandbox records are immediately removed.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Application's functionality or our privacy practices change.

Any updated version will be made available with a revised effective date. We encourage plant administrators and users to periodically review this page for any updates.

No. The application is built from the ground up as a standalone, 100% offline industrial system. No cellular, Wi-Fi, or internet connection is required to record production assembly units, perform quality check audits, or log inventory stages.

No. We have zero access to the data stored on your device. The application does not contain remote sync servers, background cloud listeners, or remote administrative backdoors. Your manufacturing data remains completely under your local control.

You can wipe all data by going to your operating system's Application Settings (Android: Settings > Apps > Diya Electronics MES > Storage > Clear Data) or by completely uninstalling the application. This permanently wipes the local sandbox database.

No. Diya Electronics MES is strictly an industrial operational tool. It contains zero advertisements, zero in-app purchases, and zero behavioral analytics or marketing trackers.
